Digi Haven Grand Re-Opening

I am going to warn you, this is gonna be a long post!
But be sure to read through the end, since you can win a TON of awesome prizes!!

Hello and Welcome Everyone! 

Welcome to the New Year 2013 and Welcome to a new beginning for all of us here at Digi Haven!  We can't even begin to tell you how excited we are for our Grand Re-Opening. 

As you can see below we have a lot going on!! 

Please read through to the end so you don't miss anything!!

Ok so let's get started ... our Grand Re-Opening Challenge theme is "Sparkles and Bling".  You must follow our challenge rules to be eligible for our winners circle drawing so please check out our "How to Play" page.  There will be one Grand Prize Winner who will receive the Bugaboo Prize of 10 Digital Images.  The Grand Prize winner will be chosen using Random.org.  There will also be a "Top 3" list chosen by the Digi Haven Design Team. For our Grand Re-Opening Celebration, the "Top Three" will also receive a Digital Prize from either Stamp 'n Doodle, Mynnette Kitchen - On a Stampage or the Stamping Shack . This challenge will end on Thursday, January 17th.

Most of you girls know I work in a pharmacy, and this image is totally irresponsible and not true, but I laughed out loud when I saw this one! Her head is so funny as well as her saggy boobs! I totally had to use this one, but like they say on TV, don't try this at home!!

Stella is colored with Copic Markers and I used the following:
Skin: E00, E11
Hair: BV23, BV25, BV29
Greens: G94, G99
Blues: B95, B97
Pots: W1, W3
Lids: C00, C1
Oval pills: C0, C1
Round pills: R02, R05
Background: E31, E33
Challenge theme sparkles and bling is hard to see in this image, but the edges of the images are lined with stickles, I used my clear Spica pen in her glasses and the words "and" and "meds" and I used some rhinestones in the 4 corners of the image

 

The papers I used are by Authentique, Loyal collection. I used some ribbon and some twine from my stash ans a hatpin and a blue flower with glitter on it!
