Time to celebrate!

Hi all!

Welcome to the last Robyn's Fetish challenge of 2012! But don't worry, we will be back in 2013!!! Is it just me, or does next year seem far away? Only 2 more days and it is newyear.

This week, we have another lovely challenge for you at Robyn's Fetish, use a DOILY! How nice is that! It can be a diecut, or a regular doily, or some on your dessinpaper! Not that hard, right?

For this challenge, we are sponsored by Stitchy Bear Stamps, and I used one of their digi's to make this lovely card.
The image is called Sweet Treat and can be found here! It is actually a Halloween image, but by changing my colors I made a birthday piece of it! I colored this lovely cupcakes with my Copic Markers. Here's a close up images of my coloring.
I used the following markers to color my image.
Plate: E31, E33, Y35, Y38
Cupcakes: W0, W1, W3, E31, E33, R81, R83, R85
The sentiment I used is by Whimsy Stamps, stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on yellow cardstock, that matches with my DP.
The DP I used is by My Minds Eye, The Sweetest Thing Honey collection. I am soooo in love with the yellow/pink combo!
The DP I used has some doilies on it, but I also added a normal doily . The pink pearls are a gift from my dear friend Krista.

That was it for today, hop over to Robyn's Fetish and join us. The more, the merrier!!

Hugs, Sandra

Hieperdepiep - Aud Sentiments #70 midway inspiration

Hi all!

Time for our midway reminder at Aud Sentiments! This time we have an easy challenge! Any sentiment goes! For this challenge we are sponsored by My Heart Pieces,  just click on the logo below to go to their shop!

My heart pieces also generously offered some digi's to the DT, so I used one of theirs for my card.

I used the following colors to color Eli.
C1, C2, C3, R20

R27, R29
After coloring I used a Nestabilities Labels 1 Die to cut it out.
The sentiment is a clearstamp by Joy!Crafts, it is a Dutch text. It say Hip Hip Hooray, happy birthday. I used Memento Tuxedo Black ink to stamp it on to some creamcolored cardstock.
I cut it out by hand, since my Nestabilities circle die didn't fit.
All dessinpapers used are by Basic Grey, PB&J collection pack.
All edges were inked with Distress Ink Brushed Corduroy.
I couldn't help myself making some flower arrangement, I used Wild Orchid crafts flowers and some paper roses for it. I also used some blue pearls from my stash.

Merry Christmas

Hi all!

Christmas is approaching quickly, and finished my christmas cards. Everyone received them, which is almost a miracle, since postal delivery in Holland is really bad sometimes!

You all know it is sunday again, which means a new challenge at Robyn's Fetish! This weeks theme is Christmas cards for a child. We are sponsored by Bugaboo this week, and they offered some images for the DT.
Here is my card with one of their images!
I made a tri-shutter card from kraft cardstock. Papers I used are from my stash, they came with a magazine.
Image is by Bugaboo and can be found here. This cutie snowman is colored with my Copic Markers, but I didn't shade or so, because I wanted to keep it easy. The ornaments are matted on cream colored cardstock, die cutted with a Nestabilities Labels 4 die.
The lantern on the front is made with a Creatable by Marianne Design.
On the upper middle piece is wrapped some twine and used a charm and 3 wooden snowflakes.
The hanging sign is made with the same die as the lantern on the cardfront.

This was it for today, I hope you like it!
Please join us with your Christmas card for a child at Robyn's Fetish!

I am entering the following challenges:

It is sunday again, time for a new challenge at Robyn's Fetish!
This weeks challenge is an easy one for this time of the year, knowing: SNOWMEN!! I told you it was easy!
We are sponsored by Robyn's Fetish this week, so I made a beautiful card with two of their images!
The digi's I used are Home for the holidays, and Snow wagon. They are colored with my Copic Markers and I am pretty sure I used the following:

My card is a 12cm square card, with a white card front. The red scalloped cardstock is cut out with a Marianne Design creatables die, and the kraft piece is cut out with a die from the same set. I inked the embossed parts with Distress ink Walnut Stain while the paper was still in the die.
I cut the images out by hand an gled the snow wagon to my card, and popped this cutie snowman upo with dimensionals.

Skin: E0000, E000, E00, E11 and R20 for blush.
Hair: E35, E57, E59.
Clothes: W0, W1, W3, W5, W7, R27, R29.
Tree: E57, E59, G43, G46
I also added tiny white dots to the bow in her hair and on her dress with a white gelpen, so it looks like polkadots!
The paper I used is by Echo Park, A very merry Christmas collection. The clock die is by Tim Holtz, and I used some paper roses to make a little bouquet. The holly leafs are made with a Nellie Snellen Punches. I also used some rhinestones from my stash.

I made a little hidden tag, that is behind my main image, the sentiment is from Imaginisce. I made a bow from lace and attached a flower to it.

Wreaths and ornaments @ Digi Haven

Hi all!

When I saw we had an wreaths and ornaments challenge at Digi Haven, I knew I wouldn't be making a card! But how I made this one up, guess you must have thought I am on drugs or so!! I made my own wreath out of..........................................
TOILETPAPER ROLLS!
Let me explain how I got into it, quite a funny story! I was cleaning up my craft room, so I could make a new mess again. In my craft room I have a paperbin. It was quite full and when I picked it up to bring it away, a lot of toiletpaper rolls fell out. I thought, well there must be something I could do with them, rather then make binoculars of it like I did as a kid!
And there was the idea, I can make my own wreath! Insane!!!!! Until I wanted to make a tutorial of it! I already made my wreath for the challenge, so I had to make a new one. And then... I ran out of toilet paper rolls.. So I went on the internet to look around, and look what I found! Someone who made a tutorial of it! I always thought I was the only insane one!!
Anyway, you can find this tutorial here.
Since this is for a Digi Haven Challenge, I must use a free digi, so I used one of Anji's Antics, which can be found here.
I printed it out, and mirrored it, here is the other one!
The digi's are colored with my Copic Markers, and I used the following:
G43, G46, R27, R29, W00, W0

To finish it, I made a bow from red ribbon, and from the leftover piece I made a string to hang it on!

That was it for today, I hope you all like it! Hop over to Digi Haven to join us with your wreaths and ornaments. It doesn't matter if they are on a card, or whatsoever, just join us!
To be elegible for our fantastic prize, iffered by our own Mynette, you will have to use a digi that is free for at least the during of our challenge!!

I will be back later today for the Christmas Tree Blog Hop!!

It is Sunday again, that means time for another challenge at Robyn's Fetish! This weeks theme is an easy one! CHRISTMAS!! Aren't we all working on our Christmas cards? I defenately am!! Still not finished, only need about 6 more!
The card I made has a snowman on it, and believe it or not, it started snowing here in Holland 2 days ago! Snow is quite rare over here, so I like it!
Anyway, here is my card.

The papers I used are by Echo Park, Winter Park collection, perfect for cards with snow and snowman on it!
The sentiment is a clearstamp from my stash, and the rhinestones are also from my stash.
I also used some bakers twine, and wrapped it around my cardstock. I attatched a snowflake charm on it, isn't that lovely!

Merry Christmas (again) Robyn's Fetish #136 Tic Tac Toe

Hi all!

The titles of my blogposts are getting a bit monotone! It looks like the last 3 or 4 posts are called "Merry Christmas"
Well, guess it is the time of the year or so! :)
It is sunday again and time for a new challenge at Robyn's Fetish!
This week we are sponsored by Di's Digi Downloads.
Di's Digi Downloads
Click on the banner to go to their shop.
They have lots ans lots of wonderful digi's, but the DT didn't use their images. We actually did not use any digital stamps at all!
This weeks challenge is a TIC TAC TOE challenge, and here is the grid
For my sample I used to top line, Red + green, embossing and lace. Here is my card
The paper I used is by Little Yellow Bicycle, and it is called the Magic Christmas collection. The baubles I used are die-cuts that comes with the collection.
I cut a panel of creamcolored cardstock, and embossed it with my Swiss Dots embossingfolder in my Cuttlebug. I inked the embossed parts and the edges of all papers with Distress Ink Peeled Paint.
I used 2 different twines to "hang" the baubles.
The sentiment is a clear stamp, stamped with Memento Tudexo Black ink on the same cream-colored cardstock. Cut 2 slots in it for my lace, and that was it!

I hope y'all like it, and join the fun at Robyn's Fetish!
See you next time!

Hugs, Sandra
