Hoera! - Hurray!

Hi all!

How are you all doing? Enjoying crafting things, just like me?
I made a giftbox for a friend of mine, who celebrated her birthday yesterday, and this was my gift for her.

This is the top of the box, here is a view from a slightly different angle.

I was playing around on YouTube the other day, and on the Saturated Canary Channel I found a giftbox tutorial. I adjusted the sizes a bit, and made my own. I love how it turned out!

The image is one of my favorites, she is called Nevaeh, by Saturated Canary, isn't she adorable? She is colored with my Copics again, and I went a bit out of my comfort zone this time by coloring her hair PINK!! Never tried this before, but I like how it turned out. I used the following markers to color her.
Skin: E000, E00, E02, R20 (Yup that is new combo!)
Hair: RV69, RV29, RV34, RV21
Dress: W00, W0, W2, W5 and YG91 and YG95

The big shape behind Nevaeh is by NoorDesign, and the swirl is made with a Creatables die. I used Distress Ink Brushed Corduroy on them.I also used some flowers from my stash. I think flowers are my favorite embellishments, I use them on almost every project!

This stamp is also from a NoorDesign set, it is in Dutch and it says Hurray, another year older!
The die is by NoorDesign (again) and the ribbon is from my stash. I inked the edges from the diecut with the same Brushed Corduroy Distress ink.

I decorated the inside too, the papers I used are by Kaiserkraft, Hey Birdie collection. The stamp I used on the inside is also by NoorDesign, but it is from another set as the stamp on the front. I also cut a scalloped circle with my Nestabilities.

Winter Tea - Digi Haven

Hi all!

First, we would like to thank you all for participating in our Digi Haven Grand Re-Opening! We had an amazing amount of entries!
Today, our new challenge starts, and our theme is Winter and Snow.
This here is my project.

Yup, that is right, a project! Didn't make a card this time, but a little teabook! It contains Wintertea, couldn't think of anything better then a cup of Wintertea after a long cold day!

 Actually this is part of a bigger stamp but it didn't fit on my teabook. These snowmen are colored with my Copic Markerd and I used the following:
Snowman: C00, C0, 0
Clothes: BG72, BG57
Orange: YR15, YR16.
I also used some blue wire to "sew" the buttons on them.
To finish everything of I used some stickles on the hats.

Papers I used are by My Minds Eye and I also used some kraft cardstock.

Hi all!

This weeks theme is PINK, PURPLE AND LACE.
This is what I created.

The digital image I used is a digistamp by our sponsor, Broken Box Stock, just click here to go to their shop. Here is a close-up of my colored image.

The image is called Poodle walking a Toodle and can be found here. I used my Copic Markers again to color, but I accidentally threw my scratch of paper with the numbers away... Dumb...

The papers I used are by My Minds Eye, Happy go Lucky collection. I simply love this collection, but I hardly have any papers left, only tiny scraps.... I believe this was the very first paper pad I bought. Hubby still regrets that, now I want to buy every paperpad I see!! LOL!!
The die I used is by MemoryBox, I love these, they are so detailed, and no problem cutting at all!
Behind the oval I used lace to create some sort of border.

The sentiment I used is by Joy!Crafts. It is a Dutch text, it says For you, from me. I made a little banner of it, something I seem to do very often!
