Yes, I can finally say it! Summer is almost over, but I am having summervacation starting today!! Nothing but fun for the next 3 weeks!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyway, we also have a great new challenge at Robyn's Fetish! Our theme for this week is USE A DIGI, which for me is quite easy. Yes, I am having summervacation, so this image is rather fitting, right? The papers I used are by Fancy Pants, and I just think they are perfect for this season.

Fab 'n' Funky Challenge - Valentine/Love

Hi all!

It's that time again, Valentine's Day is coming up! I know it's a big day all around the world, but in the Netherlands they just don't seem to get it. Hardly anybody celebrates Valentine's Day... So much for a romantic day with hubby...

I made a little tunnelcard. The papers I used are by Pink Paislee. The pink lace is from my stash, and so is the doily. The sentiment is from the All about love set from AmyR. I just LOVE her sentiment sets!

The image is called Kisses, and can be found here. I used my Copic Markers to color the image, and the clouds in the background are made with Distress Ink Tumbled glass. I used the following Copics.

Today is sunday again, which means a new challenge at Robyn's Fetish! This week we want to see LOTS OF GLITTER.

About a year ago, this template was in the Magnolia Ink Magazine, and I thought it was appropiate to use it with this image. The template is made by Sandra's Scrapshop, and you can also buy it there. I think you can already see all the glitter I used, right? The edges of the pattern paper are covered with glitter, as well as the lower part of the ice skate.

The image is by The Paper Shelter and is called Fantasy on Ice. The image can be purchased here. I used my Copic Markers to color the image, and I used the following markers.
Skin: E00, E21, E13
Hair: E50, E51, E53, E55
Clothes: BG000, BG01, C00, C0, C2
I also used some Stickles on the "fur"on her clothes and to the ice star in her hair, but it is hard to see on the picture.

This is what I created!

As soon as I saw this image was generously sponosored by The Paper Shelter, I knew I had to use this!! I am an icecream addict, even when it's -20° Celcius I want icecream!
Anyway, here is a close-up of my colored image.

Doesn't this icecream look yummy? It is colored with my Copic Markers, and I used the following.
Skin: E000, E00, R20
Hair and Chocolate: E57, E59
Cherries: R32, R35, R37
Icecream: RV21, RV23
Bowl: W00, W0, W2, W5
Jars: E53, E55, W5, W7
I also use my pearlmaker pen on the chocolatesauce.

The sentiment is by Imaginisce and is stamped with Memento ink, directly on to my patterned paper. I colored the letters with my R37 Copic and the flower with RV23.
The patterned paper is by My Minds Eye.

The light pink ribbon is from my stash. and so is the lace on the photo below.

Onto the theme! We want to see GIRLS!!!

I used one of the images generously sponsored by the Paper Shelter and created this!

Lets just hope this Ice Cream Cart brings spring to us, right now it is snowing here... Yugh, we have had enough! I want to see the sun!

Here is a close-up of my colored image, which is again colored with my Copic Markers. This image is so detailed there is hardly any space to do proper blending, but I tried the best I could. I used the following markers.
Skin: E00, E11, R20 for blush.
Hair: E23, E25, E27
Clothes: B60, B63, RV10, RV13, YG03, YG06
Cart: E27, E29, C1, C3, C5, E31
I also used some Lime Green and Fruit Punch Stickles on the cart.

The paper I used is in my stash for AGES and I have no idea where it is from. So is the ribbon.

The sentiment I used is by Joy!Crafts NoorDesign, and cut out with an oval die.

Here is my sample

As you can see I chose the bottom line from the grid, by using the word "joy" in my sentiment, red/blue ribbon on the left side of my card, and 2 die-cuts, made with my oval dies. The image I used is a sponsored one by the Paper Shelter, which you can find here.

I colored Candy Ski with my Copic Markers, and I used the following colors.
Skin: E00, E11 and R20 for blush
Browns: E57, E59
Reds: R27, R29
Coat: B97, B99
Mittens and pants: BG13, BG15
Tree: G43, G46
The snow isn't colored, only highlighted with Stickles, but it doesn't show well in the pictures.
The image is cut out with the largest oval die from my set and framed with a scalloped oval die.

The papers I used are from the Winter Park collection by Echo Park, perfect for images with snow! The ribbon and the twine is from my stash.

The sentiment is a clearstamp from the Euroshop. I stamped it with my Versamark Ink and embossed it with Seafoam White embossing powder.

The last little detail on my card are my little mittens, aren't they cute?
