Art by Mi Ran - Krissy

Hi all!

Today is my turn to share at the Art by Mi Ran blog, so I am sharing here as well! I made another Christmas card, because Mi Ran keeps on realeasing fabulous new Christmas images! The one I used on this card is called Krissy, and she was released last Saturday!

This time I decided to use some non-traditional Christmas colors. The papers I used are from Crafts and You, and I love the color scheme on this paper pad! I inked all edges with Distress Ink Walnut stain, and pierced the edges with a Stampin' Up template.

 Krissy is colored with my Copic Markers, and I used the following.

Skin: E000, E00, E21, E11, E13, R20 for blush.

Hair: E33, E35, E37

Pink: R81, R83, R85

Green: YG91, YG93, YF95

White: W00, W1, W3

 The sentiment says Christmas Greetings, and is from a set from Noor Design.

I finished off my card with several Wild Orchid Crafts Flowers.

ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE #207 - MUST HAVE A HAT IN THE IMAGE

Another week has flown by, so it's time for a new challenge at Robyn's Fetish! Our theme this week is MUST HAVE A HAT IN THE IMAGE. Just Some Lines also provided some images to the DT to work with, and this is what I created.

I made a little envelope for a gift card, with a template from Dutch Doobadoo. I used some velcro to close the envelope. The papers I used are by Authentique, and the edges are inked with Stampin Up Cherry Cobbler ink.

Isn't this cute little boy adorable? He is called O' Little Fireman and he can be found here. I used my Copic Markers again to color the image, and I used the following colors.
Skin: E000, E00, E11 and R20 for blush
Hair: E55, E57, E59
Hat: R22, R24, R27,R29
Shirt: C00, C0, C2, C5, C7
Hose: C5, C7
Dog: C00, C0, C2, C5 and R20

The sentiment is in my stash for ages, I believe it's by Studiolight. I used Versafine Onyx Black ink to stamp it. To finish off my envelope I used some red ribbon from my stash and tied it in a knot.

ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE #193 - USE A DIGI

Hi All!

Welcome to a new challenge at Robyn's Fetish. I started crafting again after giving birth to our daughter Tessa and I have to tell you, I am on a roll! I managed to make 3 (!) cards in one afternoon, so you will see some of them blogged in the next few days.

OK, I was talking about a new challenge at Robyn's Fetish, and we have an easy one this week! This weeks theme is USE A DIGI.

The image I used is called Love Birds and can be found here. Let me show you a close-up of my colored image.

The image is colored with my Copic Markers and I used the following markers.

Birds Nest: E84, E89

Birds: RV21, RV23

Hearts: R24, R27

I used a Nestabilities circle die to dut out my image. I matted it with a scalloped circle.

The papers I used for this card are by My Minds Eye. I used some Stampin Up Cherry Cobbler card stock as a card front and I also stamped my sentiment on the same card stock. The sentimet is by AmyR and is stamped with Versafine Onyx Black ink. I just love that ink for my sentiments!

To finish my card I used some white ribbon from my stash and a heart charm.

Gewoon, omdat jij bijzonder bent - The Stamping Chef

Hi all!

Here I am with a new card for The Stamping Chef Club!
This time I used one of the new images, she is called Rock My World, and can be found here.

 

 

 

Here is a close-up of my colored image.



I used my Copic Markers to color her, and I used the following.

Skin: E00, E11, E13 and R20 for blush.

Hair: E23, E25, E27, E29

Guitar: E25, E27, W00, W0, W2, W5

Shirt and Lily: Y21, Y28

Earth and Rose: BG72, BG57, G43, G46

The papers I used are by Basic Grey, Serenade collection. All edges are inked with Distress Ink Vintage Photo. I also used a borderpunch to create a scalloped border.

The ribbon I used is from my stash. I attached a key-charm on it and covered the knot with a yellow button.

The sentiment I used is from a set from Noor!Design. The text is in Dutch, and says: Just because you are Special. I stamped it with Stampin' Up Whisper White Ink, and embossed with white embossingpowder.

Have a special birthday

Hi all!!

Time flies, it is already time for a new challenge at Digi Haven! This fortnights challenge theme is SPRING, and to be honest it is about time to become spring! I live in the Netherlands and we had snow AGAIN this afternoon! The weather channel says this Easter will be colder than last Christmas... I think I will go to bed, will you wake me up if spring arrives?

Anyway, like I said, we want to see SPRING themed projects, and we have a lovely sponsor for this challenge!

I made a really colorful caterpillar, and I also used the grass leafs.

I used coloring pencils to color my image, in just random colors.

The cardbase is made with Stampin Up Whisper White cardstock, and the DP is by Prima Marketing, Melody collection. I used my Nestabilities dies to cut several circles. I also used a piece of ribbon from my stash.

The sentiment I used is by Whimsy Stamps, and I used Stampin Up Cherry Cobbler ink on Crumbcake cardstock.
