Kimya Gast Designer - Een grote glimlach

Hoi allemaal,

Naar aanleiding van mijn vorige layout ben ik door Tiets gevraagd of ik gast designer voor Kimya wilde zijn. Je snapt wel, daar kon ik natuurlijk geen nee tegen zeggen!
Dus vandaag is het zo ver, er staat 2 lay outs van mij op het blog van Kimya. Ik deel er vandaag vast 1 hier, morgen komt de andere erop.
Deze layout heb ik voor de verjaardag van een vriendin gemaakt. Ze houdt van de kleir paars, en vlinders, mooie combi toch?

 Het papier dat ik heb gebruikt, is van de Action. Op het bruine papier heb ik eerst met Shimmer spray van Avec een paars kleurtje op gespoten. Daarna heb ik met Dutch Doobadoo structuurpasta en een stencil Woodgrain van Dutch Doobadoo een houtpatroon aangebracht. Daarna heb ik met diverse stempels gestempeld. Dit heb ik gedaan met Versafine inkt, omdat deze watervast is.
De randjes van alle vellen zijn eerst beinkt met bruine chalk inkt en daarna met de Distresser van Tim Holtz bewerkt.

Ik heb een grote V-vorm uitgescheurd en eyelets erin gezet. Daarna heb ik er jute touw doorheen geweven, het lijkt zo een beetje op een korset sluiting.
Toen heb ik het bruine vel op het paarse vel geplakt, en tussen de lagen stukjes paars crispy lint geplakt

 Achter de foto zit een stuk kaasdoek en ook wat paars crispy lint.
Verder heb ik paarse en kraft rietjes gebruikt. en zit er een stukje van een ribbeltag achter.

 De titel komt uit een chipboard set van Marianne Design. Deze heb eerst met gesso bewerkt, en daarna met de paarse shimmer spray. Achter de tekst zit een label, waar wat kant en jute touw door zit.
Onder de bloementoef zit een grote doily.

Om de layout in balans te brengen heb ik links onderin wat kaaslinnen, paarse rietjes en een strikje van jute touw gezet.

Art by Mi Ran - Morning Glory

Hi all!!

Here's a brand new inspirational post for Art by Mi Ran! Today I am sharing the fabulous Morning Glory, she is just beautiful! As soon as I saw this image, I knew I had to color her, and here she is!

 The papers I used for my card, are from a budget store called Action, and I absolutely love these papers! I didn't ink them, I just matted with purple cardstock.

 The image I used is called Morning Glory, and I used my beloved Copic Markers to color her.

Skin: E0000, E000, E00, E21, E11, E13, R20

Hair: E23, E25, E27, E29

Leaves: YG61, YG63, YG67

Flowers: V12, V15, V17

Dress: RV23, RV25, RV29

Butterfly: RV23, RV25, RV29, Y32, Y35, E74, E77

 I used several paper flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts. The butterflies are from Scrapberry's.

I used a sentiment that says Lots of love, Big hug. It is from Noor Design. To finish off my card, I added several pearls with a pearlmaker pen..

The East Wind Challenge - Circles

Hi all!

Today is already March 1st, time flies! But, the first of a new month also means a new challenge at The East Wind! And the first of a new month also means a newsletter, with a freebie image!

Our theme for this challenge is Circles, and that can be a circle card, or dots on your card, or punched circles, or whatever round thing you prefer.

Here's my take on the challenge

 Well, I don't have to explain how I interpreted the theme, do I? The scalloped circle is cut with my Silhouette Cameo, and so are the layered circles on top. The papers I used are from ScrapBerry's, Winter Joy collection. All edges are inked with  Distress Ink Vintage Photo.

 THe image is this months newsletter freebie, and she is colored with my Copic Markers.

Hair: E43, E47, E49

Branch: E35, E37

Pink: R81, R83, R85

Blue: BG53, BG57, BG49

I used a Nestabilities circle die to cut out my main image.

 I added a little piece of lace behind my image, and to finish everything oof, I added several different Wild Orchid Crafts flowers.

The sentiment is from a set from CreaMiep, and is also cut out with a Nestabilities circle die.

Art by Mi Ran - Coco

Hi all!

Today I am sharing another project over at Art by Mi Ran, so I am sharing all the details about this one here as well!

 The papers I used for this card are from ScrapBerrys, Elegy collection. I thought they went really well with this image. All edges are inked with Distress ink Black Soot.

 The image I used is called Coco, and she is colored with Copic Markers. I used the following.

Skin: E000, E00, E21, E11, E13

Cheeks: E93, E95

Eyes: B12, B24, B28

Hair: E02, E08, E09. E18

Dress: R24, R46, R89

Boa: C1, C3, C5

Pearls: W00, W1

I used some red ribbon from my stash, and tied it in a bow. I added some red crochet flowers op top, and added a sweetheart flower and a hip rosebud from on top. Both white flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. To finish it off I made my own hat pin.

CreaMiep - Home Sweet Home

Hoi allemaal!

Het is vandaag mijn beurt om wat te laten zien voor CreaMiep.

Deze keer heb ik ervoor gekozen om een verhuiskaart te maken.

 Ik heb de huisjesmal van Dutch Doobadoo gebruikt.Deze heb ik uit Kraft cardstock van Joy gesneden. Ik heb er met een mask art stencil van Dutch Doobadoo steentjes op gemaakt met Distress Ink. Ik heb hiervoor Vintage Photo en Walnut Stain gebruikt.

 Het designpapier dat ik heb gebruikt, is van ScrapBerry's. Het is de Summer Joy collectie.

Alle randjes zijn aangezet met dezelfde Walnut Stain Distress Ink.

Om het dakje wat te decoreren heb ik Cherry Blossom flowers, Sweetheart Flowers, Roosjes 15mm en Roosjes 10 mm gebruikt.

 De Home Sweet Home stempel komt uit mijn eigen voorraad. Ik heb Memento Tuxedo Black inkt gebruikt om hem te stempelen.

 Ook in de "vensterbank" heb ik wat bloemetjes gebruikt.

Op het binnenpaneel heb ik een stempelafdrukje gedaan.

Het afdrukje is van Make it Crafty. Ik heb met dezelfde zwarte Memento Inkt gestempeld op DCP papier, en deze ingekleurd met mijn Promarkers en Flexmarkers.

The East Wind Challenge - Black, White and one other color

Hi all!

We just started a brand spanking new challenge over at The East Wind, and boy, this theme is my absolute fave! And no, it is not Anything goes haha, our theme for this challenge is Black, White and one other color!

 The papers I used are from Scrapberry, Elegy collection. These papers are just gorgeous, and perfect for this challenge theme. I inked all the edges with Distress Black Soot ink.

 The image I used is called Aurora "Spring Lady", and was the perfect image to color in Black, White and pops of red. I used my Copic Markers to color her, and I used the following.

Black and White: C00, C0, C1, C2, C3, C5, C7 and 100

Reds: R24, R46, R89

 The sentiment I used is from Little Darlings Rubber Stamps, and is stamped with Versafine Onyx black ink directly on to the designer paper. I added a bow from red ribbon from my stash, to make the red even pop out more.

The flowers I used are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

CreaMiep - Met Pensioen

Hoi allemaal!!

Vandaag mag ik jullie weer wat shown op het CreaMiep blog.

Eind december is een lieve collega met pensioen gegaan, en ik heb voor haar een mooie kaart gemaakt. 

 Ik heb ervoor gekozen om de boekenmal van Dutch Doobadoo te gebruiken. Eerst heb ik deze overgetrokken op kraft cardstock, daarna op wit cardstock, en toen op het designpapier van Scrapberry, Summer Joy. Alle randjes zijn aangezet met Distress Ink Vintage Photo.

 De stempel die ik heb gebruikt is van Aurora Wings, en ze is gekleurd met alcoholmarkers die matchen bij het designpapier.

 Ik heb een takje met blaadjes uitgestanst, daaroverheen mijn tekst, en die heb ik afgewerkt met paarse roosjes 15mm, en witte sweetheart flowers.

 In het midden heb ik verschillende lintjes en kantjes op elkaar geplakt, alsof het een bladwijzer is. 

Dit was het voor vandaag, ik hoop dat ik jullie heb kunnen inspireren.

The East Wind - Baby, It's Cold Outside!

Hi all!!

Here I am again! Another new The East Wind image has just released, and every time Unky draws a new one, I get a new favorite. Just like this time, my new favorite winter image!

 I used some ScrapBerry's papers, and I just love the colors on this one! I inked all the edges with Distress Ink Walnut Stain.

 The image is called Baby, it's cold outside, and she can be found in the shop. I used my Copic Markers to color her, and I used the following.

Skin: E000, E00, E21, E11, E13

Hair and gloves: BG53, BG57, BG49

Hat and scarf: R81, R83, R85, R89

I used one of my nesting dies to cut out the image.

 Both sentiments are from a set from CreaMiep, a Dutch store. This one says It's could outside!

The other sentiment says Want some hot chocolate?

I finished off my card with some Wild Orchid Crafts flowers.

Hi all!

Today is my turn to host the Art by Mi Ran blog, so I am sharing here as well!

I used one of the newer images for this card, and I absolutely love her!

 The papers I used are from ScrapBerry, Winter frost collection. I love the soft pink colors on it! I used some Distress Ink Walnut Stain for all the edges.

 The image I used is called Candy Joy, isn't she adorable? She is colored with my Copic Markers and I used the following.

CreaMiep - Snowflakes

Hoi allemaal,

Vandaag is het mijn beurt op het CreaMiep blog om jullie weer wat te laten zien.

Ik ben de laatste weken nogal in de kerststemming, dus je raad het al, alweer een kerst kaart van mij! En dan komen de nieuwe najaarsstempels van CreaMiep toch weer goed van pas he!

 Het designpapier komt uit een blokje van ScrapBerry's. Alle randjes zijn geïnkt met Distress Ink Walnut Stain. De stempel die ik heb gebruikt is van Art by Mi Ran, en gekleurd met Copic Markers

 De tekst is gestempeld met Memento Tuxedo Black inkt, op het kraft papier van Joy. De tekst komt natuurlijk uit de nieuwe najaarsset met teksten.

Ik heb Cherry Blossom bloemen, Sweetheart bloemen, en roosjes 10mm gebruikt om mijn kaart verder af te werken.

CreaMiep - We wish you a merry Christmas

Hallo allemaal,

Hebben jullie gezien dat CreaMiep prachtige nieuwe stansen van MemoryBox heeft binnen gekregen? Ik heb er een aantal besteld en kon niet wachten om er mee aan de gang te gaan, dus bij dezen!

 De nieuwe We Wish You stans, is ie niet prachtig? Je snapt zeker wel dat ik niet kon wachten om hiermee aan de gang te gaan. Ik heb m uit het kraft papier van Joy gestanst, mooi stevig karton.

 Het design papier dat ik heb gebruikt is van ScrapBerry's. De collectie heet Winter Joy, maar bevat ook genoeg neutrale vellen. Alle randjes heb ik beïnkt met Distress Ink Walnut Stain

Om mijn kaart af te werken, heb ik verschillende bloemen gebruikt, Cherry blossom, Mini gardenia en Roosjes 10mm. 

Ik heb er een doorkijk-kaart van gemaakt, en mijn stans is vastgeplakt op een doorzichtige sheet.

Art by Mi Ran - Cool colors

Hi all!

Another extra Art by Mi Ran post from me, because I was on a roll last week! This months theme for the showcase blog is "cool colors", like blue, purple, green. Not colors I use often, but I thought I'd give it a try!

 The papers I used for my card are from Scrapberry's, perfect cool colors. I inked all the edges with sand colored chalk ink from Prima Marketing.

 The image I used is called Pearl, and I used my Copic Markers to color her. I used the following markers.
