Anreda DT - Mini album in een koffer

Hoi allemaal,

Vandaag deel ik iets met jullie waar ik best een beetje trots op ben. Niet dat ik niet trots ben op mijn andere creaties, maar op deze ben ik extra trots. Het idee voor dit mini-album broeide al een tijdje in mijn achterhoofd, maar op de een of andere manier, wilde het er niet uitkomen. Ik heb er letterlijk wakker van gelegen, en toen ik uiteindelijk het koffertje bij Anreda besteld had, kwam het er uit. In een sneltreinvaart was het album af, en het voelt helemaal goed zo!

Ik laat jullie wat foto's ervan zien, maar ik heb ook een filmpje gemaakt van het doorbladeren. Op die manier zie je het net wat beter. Onderaan zal ik de linkjes naar de gebruikte materialen plaatsen.

Slaap kindje slaap

Hoi allemaal!

Een vriend van me vroeg me om een geboortekaartje voor een meisje te maken, dus dan doe ik dat!

 Ik heb met mijn Silhouette Cameo een rompertje uit wit cardstock gesneden, en een frame van kraft. Het design papier wat weer in het frame past, is van Carte Bella.

 De dtempel die ik heb gebruikt, is van Marianne Design. Ik ben dol op de liedjes stempels, en ik heb ze ook allemaal. Achter de stempel zit een doily en een stukje crispy lint van Kimya. De bloemetjes zijn van Wild Orchid Crafts.

De naam van het geboren meisje heb ik gemaakt met letter stempel van Noor Design. Om de knoopjes van de romper na te bootsen, heb ik Nuvo Crystal Drops in Pearl White gebruikt.

Dit was het weer voor vandaag, ik hoop dat jullie het leuk vonden!

CreaMiep - Hoera, een dochter

Hoi allemaal,

Vandaag is het mijn beurt om jullie weer wat te laten zien voor CreaMiep.
Een vriendin is onlangs bevallen van een prachtige dochter, Igoné en daar moest ik natuurlijk een mooie kaart voor maken. Dit is het resultaat.

 De basis van deze kaart is gemaakt met een mal van Dutch Doobadoo. Het design papier is van Carte Bella en komt uit mijn eigen voorraad.

Alle randjes van het papier zijn beïnkt met Distress Ink Walnut Stain (in de aanbieding!!).

 Het plaatje komt uit mijn eigen voorraad, net als de bloemetjes. Onder de bloemen zit een strik gemaakt met jute touw (ook in de aanbieding!!).

De hartjes zijn gestanst met een mal van Memory Box. 

Met letter stickertjes heb ik de naam van het meisje geplakt, en het kaartje is verder afgewerkt met kant en lint uit mijn eigen voorraad.

Dit was het voor vandaag, hopelijk kon ik jullie weer inspireren!

The East Wind Challenge - A Meowy Christmas

Hi all!!

December is here, the last month of the year! It is my favorite month of the year, as we celebrate several things! First on Dec 5th we celebrate Sinterklaas, a Dutch tradition for kids. On the 15th we celebrate our daughters birthday, she will be 2 years old!!! And the Christmas, and New Years Eve, what a joy! I just love those holidays!

Anyway, since december is here, we also start a new challenge at The East Wind! Our theme for this one is easy, we want to see Christmas cards!!!

Here's mine

 The papers I used are from Carte Bella, and I inked all edges with Distress Ink Vintage Photo. 

I kept the design quite simple, because I printed off the image a little bit too big.

 The image I used is this months newsletter freebie, which you all received. I used my Copic Markers to color the image, and I used the following.

Big cat: E71, E74, E77, C00, C1, C3

Small cat: YR24, YR27

Holly and berries: YG95, YG97, R89, R46

Gold: Y23, Y26, Y28

Bow: R24, R46, R89

I covered the bauble in Glossy Accents, but is pretty hard to capture that on camera. I also added some dots with a gold pearlmaker pen.

 I added some Wild Orchid Crafts flowers as embellishments, and added some Magnola berries.

The sentiment is in Dutch, and says lots of big Christmas hugs. It is from a set from CreaMiep.

 The papers I used are by Carte Bella, and they fit perfect with this image! I inked all the edges with Distress Ink Walnut Stain.

 I used my Copic Markers to color Talkative Tracy, and I used the following markers.

Pants: B93, B95. B97

Phone: Y21, Y23, Y26, W00, W1, W3

The sentiment is cut with my Silhouette Cameo, out of black cardstock.

Art by Mi Ran - Fairly Noelle

Hi all!

I have an extra post on the Art by Mi Ran blog today, because I just can't get enough of her beautiful stamps!

 The papers I used for this card are from Carta Bella, So this is Christmas collection. All edges are inked with Distress Ink Walnut Stain.

 The image I used is a new released rubber stamp by Whimsy. She is called Fairly Noelle, and she can be found here. I used my Copic Markers again to color her, and I used the following.

Skin: E000, E00, E21, E11, E13

Hair: E23, E25, E27

Dress: R24, R46, R59

Fur: W00, W1, W3

Wings: G40, G43, G46

Snowflakes: B0000, BG0000

I used one of my nesting dies to cut her out.

To finish off my card, I used some lace from Kimya, added some bakers twine, and tied a snowflake charm to her. I added some red ribbon from my stash, and last but not least I added two little bouquets made from Wild Orchid Crafts flowers.

The Stamping Chef - Anything goes

Hi all!!

Time for a new week long challenge at The Stamping Chef! This is your chance to win 3 images from The Stamping Chef shop, because our theme is ANYTHING GOES!
Here's what I created

 I made a 13,5cm square card, using some Carte Bella papers. All edges are inked with Distress Ink Vintage Photo, and I really like the look of it.

 The image I used for my card, is called Krissy Kringle. Of course she is from The Stamping Chef, and she can be found here. I used my Copic Markers again to color them, and I used the following.
Skin: E000, E00, E11, E13, and E93 for her cheeks
Hair: E53, E55, E57
Brown areas: E40, E41, E43
Red areas: R35, R46, R59
Green areas: YG93, YG95, YG97

 The gifts are made with a die from Noor!Design, and after cutting and embossing I inked the gifts with the same Distress Ink while they were still in the die.

 My wishlist is made with a stamp from Noor!Design. I stamped it with Stampin Up's Whisper White ink on kraft cardstock, and heat embossed it with white embossing powder.

The notebook border, and the vintage border under the red paper are also made with dies dies from Noor!Design.

Love to Create - More than one fold

Hi all!

Time for a brand new challenge at Love to Create! Our theme this week is More than one fold, and I just love that! Our sponsor this week is Lee H Illustrations, offering 2 images of the winner's choice! Just click on the banner below to visit the shop.


Lee H illustrations also generously provided some images to the DT to work with, and this is what I created.

I had to follow the theme More than One fold, so I decided to make a paper rosette which has lots and lots of folds. Then I decided to use it to hold up my easel card, which also has more than one fold, so I completely nailed this weeks theme! :P
The papers I used are by Carte Bella.

The image I used is called Building a Snowman, and can be found here. I used my Copic Markers again to color, and I used the following.
Skin: E00, E11, E13
Hair: E23, E25, E27
Snowman: BG000, BG0000
Hat: C5, C7
Clothes: G40, G43, G46, R32, R35, R37, BG72, BG75, BG78
I used Frosted Lace Stickles on the snow, and also on the fur at the kids' clothes.
I used my labelwriter to create the sentiment.

And last but not least, a close up of the folded rosette. I took a strip of paper from 1 inch by 12 inch, and scored every 1/4 inch. I folded the strip mountain/valley style, and used a hot glue gun in the center. There you go, your own paper rosette! To finish off my card, I used my Martha Stewart Snowflake punch.

Dragons Lair Challenge - Anything goes

Hi all!

Welcome all to a new challenge at Dragons Lair Design! This week we have an easy peasy theme, it's Anything Goes! And you do want to join, because you get a chance to win a £5 gift voucher to the Dragons Lair shop! Isn't that great?

Here is what I came up with.

 I was in the Christmas mood when I created this card, you can see right? And we all need Christmas cards, so this was good! The papers I used for my card are by Carte Bella.

 The image I used is called Penny with Presents, and of course I used my Copic Markers for it. I used the following.

Art by Mi Ran - X-MAS

Hi all!

Hope you all had a great weekend! Mine was awesome, as I celebrated my birthday, and today is THE big day! Happy birthday to me!!!

Today is also my turn to host on the Art by Mi Ran blog, so here is my card!

The papers I used for my card are from Carte Bella, and I made a 13,5cm square card with it. I used a sketch from Tiets' club to make my card.

The stamp I used is called Santa's Helper. She is available as a rubberstamp via Treasured Times Rubber Stamps. You can find her here.
The image is colored with my Copic Markers, and I used the following.
Skin: E000, E00, E11, E13, and E93 for blush
Eyes: G43, G46
Hair: E71, E74, E77, E79
Dress: R24, R27, R29
Sleigh: E77, E79, G43, G46

The flowers I used are from Wild Orchid Crafts, except for the berries. I think they are from Magnolia, but I am not 100% certain about it.

The sentiment is created using the Typewriter Keys stamps from Noor!Design, and I used Versafine Onyx Black ink to stamp it.
