Happy Easter - QKR Stampede GDT

Hi all!

How are you all doing? We are still waiting for spring in Holland, we need sun! Anyway, This month I am the Guest Designer at QKR Stampede, and this weeks theme is Easter.
This is what I created.
I kept this card pretty simple, which is a bit strange for me, but I thought it looked good this way.
Here is a close-up of my colored image.
This cute Easterbunnt is colored with my Copic Markers, and I used the following.
Bunny: E33, E35
Ears: YG03, YG06
Paper: Y000, Y00, Y02
Flowers: R27, R29, Y02
The papers I used are in my stash for AGES, probably more than 5 years, but they are easter themed, so why not?
The lace is from my stash and so is the red ribbon.
The flowers I used are by Prima Marketing, and I curled the stams with my tweezers.

That was pretty much it for today, so hop over now to QKR Stampede and join us!!

Onto the theme! We want to see GIRLS!!!

I used one of the images generously sponsored by the Paper Shelter and created this!
Lets just hope this Ice Cream Cart brings spring to us, right now it is snowing here... Yugh, we have had enough! I want to see the sun!
Here is a close-up of my colored image, which is again colored with my Copic Markers. This image is so detailed there is hardly any space to do proper blending, but I tried the best I could. I used the following markers.
Skin: E00, E11, R20 for blush.
Hair: E23, E25, E27
Clothes: B60, B63, RV10, RV13, YG03, YG06
Cart: E27, E29, C1, C3, C5, E31
I also used some Lime Green and Fruit Punch Stickles on the cart.
The paper I used is in my stash for AGES and I have no idea where it is from. So is the ribbon.
The sentiment I used is by Joy!Crafts NoorDesign, and cut out with an oval die.

That was it for today, I hope you all like it!

Robyn's Fetish Challenge #151 - Must use green

Hi all!

How are you all doing? I am so excited for this new challenge at Robyn's Fetish! We want to see the color GREEN on your project! Not that hard, isn't it? Well for me it actually is, I rarely use green.. I love pinks and purples and yellows and blues, but if it isn't for the leafs of some flowers, I don't use green at all!
Well, it is good to be challenged, isn't it?
For this challenge we are sponsored by The Cutting Cafe, just click on the banner below to go to their shop.
THE CUTTING CAFE
They are offering 3 sets of the winners choice, how lovely and generous is that!

This is what I created!
The set I used is called One Spring Day and is also generously sponsored by The Cutting Cafe! Thanks so much! I used 3 different images from the set and made that into my card.
Here is a close-up of the images I used.

First I would like to say, I am truly proud of the background, I did it myself! It was a technique I saw on YouTube, using a brush, a cloud template and some Distress Ink Tumbled Glass.
The rest of my images is colored with my Copic Markers, I used the following.
Sun: Y06, Y08
Left birdhouse: E31, E33, R83, R85
Right birdhouse: E33, E35, R83, R85, Y06, Y08
Flowers: R83, R85, Y06, Y08
In the centres of all flowers I used a Pearlmarker Pen "Kiwi".
I punched some butterflies from green cardstock and used the same Kiwi Pearlmaker Pen.
The background is made from pink cardstock, embossed with a Paisley embossingfolder through my Cuttlebug. I also used some ribbon from my stash and added a button on top, covered with Kiwi Pearlmaker Pen. I used the same pen to add a pearl border around the image.

That was it for today, I hope you all like it!
Now hop over to Robyn's Fetish and join us!

Hugs, Sandra
