Art by Mi Ran - Progressive Challenge

Hi all!!

Over at the Art by Mi Ran Facebook group, a new Progressive challenge has just started! The image we are using is so adorable, I just had to play with her!

The image is called Eirwen, and please check our Facebook Group to see how you can get her!

I used a die-cut block from Studio Light to make my card, and all elements are part of that block. It is a very quick way to make some beautiful cards!

I used my Copic Markers to color Eirwen, and I used the following.
Skin: E000, E00, E21, E11, E13
Hair: E33, E35, E37
Dress: B00, B02, B05
Cape: E41, E43
Fur: W00, W1, W3
Holly and Berries: G40, G43, G46, R56, R59

Finally I added some flowers to my card, they are from Wild Orchid Crafts. The pine underneath is from the diecut block too.

This was it for today, please check out our Facebook group to see all the rules and how to enter the challenge!

Art by Mi Ran - Flower Flourish

Hi all!

It is my turn again to share on the Art by Mi Ran blog today, and I also shared the winner of my Birthday giveaway in the post, so make sure to check, because it could be YOU!

On to my card!

I have been playing with my Silhouette Cameo again, and I found the template for this card in the shop. I really liked it, so I decided to use it! The design paper for my card is from a paper pad from a cheap Dutch store, called Action. I inked all the edges with Distress Ink Walnut Stain.

And a side view of my card. This card was a gift to my hubby's niece, who lives in France. She came to visit the Netherlands yesterday, and her family organised a surprise party, because it was also her birthday.

The image I used is called Flower Flourish, and I used my Copic Markers again to color her. I used the following.
Skin: E000. E00,E21. E11, E13
Hair: E71, E74, E77, E79
Dress: G21, G82, G85
Flowers: R81, R83, R85, R89
Pearls: RV0000, RV000

The flowers I used are all by Wild Orchid Crafts, aren't they gorgeous?

The sentiment I used is from Whimsy Stamps, and I used a Nestabilities die to cut it out. I added a white scalloped circle to make it pop.

This was it for today, I hope you like it!

Happy Holidays!

Hi all!

Just wanted to share another card with the same technique from yesterday!

For this card I used the same Darkroom Door background stamp, only with different colors. I used Copic Marker G43, G46, R46, R59. Sprayed some Activator on it, and pressed it on to my paper.

The star stamp is from Craft Emotions, and is stamped with Versamagic Tea Leaves ink.

The snowflakes are from a set from Noor Design, and they are stamped with Stampin' Up Whisper White ink.

The sentiment is from the same Noor Design stamp set, and is stamped with Stazon black ink. The red ribbon, and the green rhinestones are from my stash, and they finish off my card perfectly.

This was it for today, I hope you like it!
